Before you go: Boat ramps come from OpenStreetMap, where volunteers map them. A few may be private, fee-only or out of date, so check before a long drive. Bay reefs are low-profile and sit in shallow water, so idle in. Gulf reefs are a run offshore: go only in a capable boat on a calm day.
